I totally wish that my camera had batteries and that I would have had it with me tonight the full moon looks absolutely beautiful.  Oh well.
Today was a nice day, my daughter made me breakfast in bed and she even let me sleep in. Mothers day needs to happen more often. I also got to talk to people I don't normally get to talk to. That was nice. I am almost ready for my trip to Portland, but I need more hours in the day. I can't wait !!!!  I am so ready for this vacation, I have been so busy over the last few months it will be nice to get away and take a break.


Oh and as of this week I have been single for 2 months. sorry I am sure no one cares but its a great thing for me,

I went and saw the movie Enchanted today. It was very good. Then we went Extreme thrift shopping I found a bunch of cool stuff. I got a coffee table for 5 dollars. Then more shopping This was a great weekend.

So yay, today was a very good day. Work was slow but good. I went and signed the lease for my new apartment today. Got to hang out with someone really awesome. I went to work out with Kendra. Then pizza and margaritas. I cant complain,life is going very good at the moment.

This week is all about work. I have already worked 31 hours and still have 2 more days before the week is over. And tomorrow I work my first solo party, that is oh so exciting for me. The only problem is my feet hurt.   Does anyone know of any cool museums that I can take my daughter to? I need to find something fun to do with her this weekend. 

Yay I have internet again. Two weeks is way to long to go with out it.

So tonight I have made my first attempt at making ice cream, Guinness Ice cream. Lets hope it turns out. I will also be making white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

I have also decided to put school on hold and focus on my job and save money for a real culinary school.

yay!!!! I have been engaged for 1 full month now!

I leave tomorrow for Illinois, 8 days with my family. This should be interesting. I also started school this week both my classes seem fairly boring. oh well I have to take them so I can try and like them. I hope every one has a great week talk to ya later.

I started looking for ideas on what I want my wedding Cake to look like.What a pain in the ASS! I am so not liking this if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to give them I will take all the help that I can get.

I am sure most of you know this already but for those of you that don't I am getting Married. James Proposed on Mon and I said yes.  Yes this makes me very happy! I know that some have doubts but they shouldn't.

Yay I just finished reading the last Harry Potter book. It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this week has not been the best.  Yesterday I had an anxiety attack, as for why I have no idea. Then today I was supposed to see the hand surgeon about my finger, but no I saw the same stupid C***  B!*&^  that I saw last time. Saying its my fault that I didnt go in sooner,but I had no idea that i was supposed to go!  All I want is for my finger to feel normal! Is that too much to ask? I hope not. Ahh! Sorry I am in a very bitchy mood.
So I am going to karaoke to see friends to cheer me up so I feel better. Everyone should come and hang out !!!!!
